France: Part Two

Thursday morning, we went to school with our correspondents and went to some English classes.

One awkward answer that I had, yes, indeed been speaking English for 17 years, one isolated incident of walking into a classroom of confused preschoolers while looking for the stairs, and one trip down the stairs later, all happening to me, natch, we finally left school and were off to Boulevard Haussman.

We went to La Musee Jacquemart-Andre and then walked around the district a bit!

Later that afternoon, two of my closest friends, sPo and kFe and I jumped on the metro and rode to the Champs Elysees!

Of course a visit to Laduree (the first of many for me!) was in order!

On Friday, we went to the Louvre!

vCs and I!

One of my favorite paintings!

The Mona Lisa!

Another favorite of mine!

I absolutely adored the Louvre, but I would say allow ample time to visit! We had about two and a half hours and we only made it through part of the first floor!

Happy Monday!
