Skinny Bitch


I read this book in one sitting. No joke.  It completely changed the way I look at food and what I put into my body.  I'm going to become a vegan for a month.  If I like it, I'll keep going. Go read it.  And then when you realize you want to become vegan, like Ensley and I, go to The Preppy Vegan and check out all of her fab recipes.  Yesterday, I asked for Soy Milk instead of Half & Half in my iced coffee and it tasted great! I'm so excited to try this whole vegan thing out! Any advice y'all?

  1. I was vegetarian for over 3 years, and you absolutely must start taking a daily multi-vitamin. Make sure to keep an eye on your protein intake initially, because it can be really easy to forget to get enough, especially if you intend to be fully vegan. Enjoy!
