Diet Coke Brownies!

I've seen the recipe on Pinterest a million times, and decided to give it a try! You literally mix a 12 oz can of Diet Coke, and brownie mix, and voila, amazing brownies! They turned out a little gooey, so I would bake them about five minutes extra next time. These are super convenient to have, because who doesn't always have Diet Coke in their fridge?

Cake Batter Cookies

Wednesday night, I completed my first recipes from Pinterest!

Inspired by a friend, I attempted the Cake Batter Cookies, and they were simply delish!
